Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of clients, building and nurturing positive, trusting relationships while upholding ethical standards and boundaries.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and any necessary changes to their treatment plan or discharge status.
\n
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
\n
• Documenting all client interactions meticulously, including progress notes, to ensure comprehensive records are maintained.

• Conducting intake assessments to determine client needs and appropriate services.
\n
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions, tailored specifically for youth, on a weekly basis.

• Engaging in regular supervision sessions for personal development and accountability.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits\n
