Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status to identify needs and establish a therapeutic focus.

• Administer both individual and group counseling sessions, adapting therapeutic techniques based on clientele and circumstances.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Maintain detailed documentation and record-keeping of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports, in compliance with health regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a counselor, you will work with a diverse patient population that may include youth facing complex challenges such as substance abuse, emotional distress, mental health disorders, and behavioral concerns. Your role is to build trusting relationships with clients and their families, responding empathetically to their concerns while empowering them to take charge of their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a licensed professional counselor, including supervised practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
