Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor includes a variety of responsibilities designed to foster mental well-being among your clients. Key tasks will involve:

• Maintaining open lines of communication with supervisors, fellow care staff, family members, and other stakeholders to monitor client progress.

• Developing and proposing a structured appointment schedule that includes individual sessions, home visits, and necessary observations for tracking advancements in care.

• Coordinating home visits and conducting observations and data analysis to ensure comprehensive client support.

• Implementing and evaluating personalized treatment programs to determine their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.

• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights that improve overall client care and program development.

• Documenting patient progress in monthly and quarterly reports, ensuring accurate record-keeping of each case.

• Facilitating training sessions for staff regarding program implementations and documentation standards to enhance service delivery.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Mind Crafts Counseling Center, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including both adults and youth facing various mental health challenges. Our counselors specialize in areas such as family therapy, trauma-informed care, and substance misuse counseling, catering to the unique needs of each individual from different backgrounds. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
