Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies for clients through remote sessions, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to establish baselines and treatment goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage with clients experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, creating personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurse practitioners—to ensure comprehensive client care and holistic treatment approaches.

• Document client progress accurately and timely in accordance with clinic guidelines, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulations.

• Participate in supervision and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and professional development.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
