Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and establish a clear understanding of their therapeutic goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities that may include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, or other relevant approaches tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain current knowledge of innovative counseling strategies and best practices, integrating them into your therapeutic framework to enhance client engagement and treatment efficacy.

• Develop personalized action plans that outline therapeutic goals, progress indicators, and strategies for follow-up sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) that meets all regulatory requirements for practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually. Additionally, we provide support with billing and documentation, allowing you to focus more effectively on counseling rather than administrative tasks.
