Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and clinical evaluations of clients to tailor individualized therapy strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, as well as individual and family counseling, to address diverse client needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records in accordance with legal requirements and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and training to remain current with the latest mental health research and therapeutic methodologies.

• Participate in team meetings to collaboratively discuss client progress and align on care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Carecube Medical Services, you will focus on a diverse range of clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Proficient understanding of mental health legal and ethical standards.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
