Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to clients' unique situations.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic interventions based on best practices, including individual therapy, group sessions, and family counseling.

• Employ an array of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address a diverse range of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Maintain precise clinical records compliant with legal standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring each client's confidentiality and safety.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, staying abreast of new findings and methodologies in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field, required.
