Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their specific therapeutic needs.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide family and couples therapy to create comprehensive support networks.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and best practices in documentation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to create cohesive treatment plans that enhance patient outcomes.

• Engage in continuous learning through participation in workshops, seminars, and training to keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload.
