Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Leading Group Therapy Sessions: Facilitate engaging group sessions that encourage clients to share their personal experiences and provide mutual support, fostering a sense of community.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized, empathetic counseling tailored to each client's specific thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, helping them develop coping strategies and actionable plans.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their distinct needs and aspirations.

• Monitoring Progress: Use various assessment tools and feedback methods to track and evaluate client progress, ensuring effective and responsive treatment adjustment as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on serving young adults aged 18 to 30, who are navigating various mental health challenges. These clients are participants in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), and your goal will be to inspire hope and facilitate lasting recovery while nurturing a supportive healing environment.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field and possess a valid LPC license. You should have a strong understanding of mental health principles and demonstrate a passion for working with young adults.

Preferred Experience\n

While all relevant experiences will be considered, candidates with previous work in outpatient settings or direct therapeutic experience with young adults are preferred. Familiarity with contemporary therapeutic methodologies, along with proficiency in telehealth platforms, will be beneficial in this role.
