Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed and comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify each client's unique mental health needs, challenges, and therapeutic goals.

• Deliver individualized one-on-one counseling sessions that address a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions to navigate relationship dynamics, enhance communication skills, and resolve family conflicts effectively.

• Create personalized treatment plans that outline clear objectives and intervention strategies tailored to each client's specific needs, using evidence-based practices.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring immediate support and effective de-escalation techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
