Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

This position specifically serves young adults between the ages of 18 to 30 who are facing mental health challenges. Many of our clients may be experiencing issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, or transitional life stressors. Your role will be pivotal in guiding them through these critical phases of their lives, providing not just therapy, but also hope and resilience.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, along with the necessary licensure to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as is a genuine passion for helping young adults achieve mental wellness.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in outpatient settings, particularly with young adult clients, is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
