Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Oasis of Hope, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions both virtually and in-person, depending on client needs.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to help clients achieve their specific goals.

• Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients as they navigate emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges.

• Actively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation, including assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes, compliant with industry standards and regulations.

• Regularly engaging in professional development and attending training sessions or workshops to stay informed of the latest counseling trends and techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Within our outpatient practice, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Compensation and Benefits\n
