Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify client needs and establish effective treatment pathways.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic patient care.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards, State licensing regulations, and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training seminars to remain current with best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of diverse individuals seeking support for various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of experience delivering counseling services in a clinical environment.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practices.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation and billing.

• Salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client's caseload.
