Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and identify appropriate treatment strategies.

• Create detailed and tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable goals and measuring progress regularly.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based approaches to facilitate recovery and coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client intake, treatment progress, and modifications to therapy plans.

• Supervise therapeutic activities that promote client engagement and personal development.

• Coordinate with community resources and support groups to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

• Provide ongoing training and guidance to support staff involved in therapeutic activities.

• Monitor clients’ status regularly to ensure the effectiveness of treatment interventions and modify plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on a diverse clientele, including adolescents and adults grappling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. You will employ a compassionate approach to understand the unique stories and experiences of each client, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field, coupled with a current LPC license.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical or counseling environment.

• Deep understanding of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, with the ability to construct comprehensive treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an attractive annual salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000, coupled with a sign-on bonus to support your transition to our practice.
