This role is primarily remote, offering the flexibility of working from home while connecting with clients through virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to establish therapeutic relationships with clients, including individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions tailored to their specific needs.

• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices while setting measurable goals to track client progress.

• Offer ongoing support to clients, helping them to navigate emotional, behavioral, or mental health issues using various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, medical professionals, and social workers, to coordinate care and enhance patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, including client progress notes, treatment plans, and updates for future sessions.

• Engage in continuing education and professional development to remain informed of emerging trends in mental health counseling and improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Mindful Pill Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clients often present with a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, dependent on experience and availability of caseloads. Our compensation package also includes access to unlimited client referrals, enabling our counselors to focus on providing quality care. Additional benefits include:
