Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups based on evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide a holistic approach to client care, ensuring that all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, contributing to the overall quality of care provided.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of mental health trends and incorporate new knowledge into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse populations, including individuals facing short-term challenges like stress management, relationship issues, workplace conflicts, and more complex concerns related to psychiatric conditions and substance abuse. You will be instrumental in providing empathetic support and evidence-based interventions that foster significant improvements in their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Ability to fulfill credentialing requirements in relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of direct clinical experience in working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Demonstrated experience conducting assessments, diagnoses, and providing individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
