Work Environment\n

This position allows for a fully remote work environment, giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule while providing outpatient counseling services. You will conduct sessions primarily through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring that client confidentiality and comfort are maintained. Our outpatient office is available for in-person sessions when needed, supplemented with access to a modern facility equipped with the latest resources to aid your practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to address clients’ specific challenges.

• Facilitate counseling sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, providing a safe space for clients to explore and resolve their concerns.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for tracking client progress.

• Participate in interdisciplinary case consultations with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and staying informed about advances in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support a diverse clientele facing a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
