Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health statuses through diagnostic interviews, psychological testing, and other evaluative methods to establish personalized treatment plans.

• Design and deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions for clients, addressing various topics such as coping strategies, mindfulness, and interpersonal relationships.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision to stay abreast of best practices in counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience is mandatory, particularly within outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
