Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and thorough evaluations of clients to establish tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various client groups, including individuals, couples, families, and support groups.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting approaches as necessary to meet client specifications.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure the highest quality of client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Miracle Mental Health Counseling, you will work primarily with a diverse client population facing various challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a generous salary, our benefit package includes health, dental, and vision insurance plans, as well as malpractice insurance coverage. We also offer a sign-on bonus for experienced counselors, details of which will be discussed during the interview process.
