Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload by developing strong therapeutic relationships with clients, ensuring adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate ongoing progress, address any emerging concerns, and determine appropriate discharge timelines.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that are centered around the client’s unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Document client progress and treatment updates meticulously, ensuring all records comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential background information and establish the foundation for treatment.

• Conduct weekly one-on-one sessions, employing evidence-based practices to foster growth and resilience in clients.

• Engage in continuous supervision sessions aimed at professional development and clinical support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as an LPC at Blue Pearl Psychiatry and Counseling Center, you will serve a diverse patient population that includes adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your work will focus on providing therapy and support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
\n
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license that is unrestricted, independent, and actively maintained.
\n
• A minimum of one year of practical experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.
\n
• Proficient with technology including RMS systems, Excel, Outlook, and other software relevant for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services in a variety of modalities, including individual and family therapy.
\n
• Comfort with conducting intake assessments and developing tailored treatment strategies based on individual client assessments.
\n
• Past experience working in a collaborative healthcare setting.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. We utilize a Fee-for-Service model which ensures guaranteed rates, allowing clinicians to be compensated ahead of collections without delays. Additional benefits include:
