Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will:

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to tailor individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions across a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring methods are adapted to meet client needs.

• Engage in collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists, to enhance treatment outcomes for our clients.

• Document clinical interactions and client progress accurately in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
