Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ treatment needs and create personalized therapy plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that promote healing and resilience through evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Run group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and collective healing among clients facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, trainings, and supervision sessions to keep current with best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working primarily with adults and adolescents who seek support for a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, contingent on your experience and caseload.
