Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and strengths, utilizing appropriate assessment tools to identify both emotional and behavioral issues.

  Provide evidence-based individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy, adapting interventions as necessary to ensure efficacy and relevance.

  Engage in regular case consultations with the psychiatry team and other clinical staff to review patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

  Deliver crisis intervention and triage evaluations for patients in acute distress, ensuring that they receive timely and appropriate support.

  Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

  Participate in ongoing professional development and peer supervision to stay current with the latest counseling practices and ethical standards.

  Advocate for patients and connect them with additional resources and support networks when needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work primarily with adult patients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, a signing bonus is offered to incentivize top-tier candidates.
