Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments through initial consultations to understand the complexities of each client’s mental health issues.

• Develop and implement personalized therapeutic intervention plans that address individual client needs and goals.

• Utilize a range of contemporary counseling methodologies and best practices, continuously updating your knowledge and skills to enhance patient care.

• Provide a warm and engaging atmosphere, ensuring that each client feels comfortable and safe discussing their most personal challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and refer clients to additional mental health professionals when necessary, ensuring comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on your qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer opportunities to reduce your workload through support with billing and client documentation.
