Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client mental health needs to create individualized treatment plans that align with each client's goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support client engagement and progress.

• Regularly evaluate and document client progress, maintaining thorough and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care, share insights, and enhance therapy practices.

• Provide consultations and advice to family members and other professionals involved in a client’s care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay informed of best practices in mental health counseling to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals confronting anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a remote therapist, you will have the opportunity to reach clients across various demographics, fostering a therapeutic relationship that encourages openness and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential.

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHRs) and strong capabilities with digital tools, including Google Suite.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
