Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the ability to conduct outpatient services. Working from home allows you to maintain a work-life balance while still engaging directly with clients through telehealth and in-person sessions at our office in Littleton, Colorado. Our office operates from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, to accommodate our clients’ diverse schedules. We utilize modern technology and electronic medical records (EMR) systems to streamline our operations and enhance client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs, ensuring thorough assessments and continuous evaluation of progress.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to groups, families, and individuals.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while promoting best practices in client confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with the latest mental health research and methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• At least two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proven abilities to build rapport with diverse client populations.

• Experience working collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n
