Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a dedicated caseload of youth clients, building ethical and supportive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate therapeutic progress, ensure stability, and prepare for any necessary discharge planning.

• Develop, implement, and oversee personalized treatment plans in partnership with clients, focusing on their unique needs and goals.

• Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment modifications as needed.

• Carry out intake assessments for new clients to evaluate their mental health needs, symptoms, and treatment options.

• Conduct a designated number of individual therapy sessions each week, aligning with the clinic’s operational goals.

• Participate in regular individual supervision sessions to monitor professional development and ensure adherence to clinical standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed, fostering interdisciplinary teamwork to enhance client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
