Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for pre-screened, low-acuity clients, using a range of therapeutic modalities to meet individual client needs.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously in accordance with clinic policies and mental health regulations, utilizing electronic health record systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Tennessee.

• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this remote Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 110,000 annually.
