Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will take on various responsibilities that are vital to the well-being of our clients, including but not limited to:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead supportive group therapy sessions where clients can share experiences, learn coping strategies, and build a community of support.

• Individual Counseling: Deliver tailored therapy sessions that help clients explore their emotions, develop self-awareness, and establish actionable plans for mental health improvement.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals and challenges, ensuring they are relevant and achievable.

• Progress Tracking: Utilize various assessment tools to monitor client progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and therapeutic insights.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, ensuring a unified approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this position will primarily be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will engage with clients suffering from a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be pivotal in inspiring hope and facilitating lasting recovery as you address the specific nuances of this transitional life stage.

• Educational Background: A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
