Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor will encompass various responsibilities focused on delivering high-quality mental health services. These include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and supportive group sessions, enabling clients to share experiences, connect with one another, and learn from their shared journeys.

• Individual Counseling: Provide empathetic one-on-one therapy sessions that allow clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, helping them develop practical coping strategies and personalized action plans.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
