Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing trust and rapport to maintain a therapeutic alliance while adhering to professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions to evaluate and discuss client progress, address stability, and determine discharge plans when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that empower clients to work toward their personal goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client needs and ascertain appropriate treatment strategies.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions each week, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and provide support.
\n
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is mandatory for this position.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and clinical software such as PIMSY.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is vital.

• Competence in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications. We utilize a fee-for-service model which includes guaranteed payment rates ahead of collections, ensuring that our clinicians are compensated promptly for their contributions.
