Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client's mental health history and treatment needs.

• Utilize tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices during sessions to address clients’ unique needs.

• Engage with clients throughout the therapy process, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure effective treatment and client satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional financial incentives such as a sign-on bonus may be available for qualified candidates.
