Work Environment\n

This role is primarily a remote position, allowing counselors the flexibility to manage their schedules effectively. However, you will also have opportunities to work within our outpatient office for in-person sessions when needed. Our outpatient environment promotes a healing atmosphere focused on collaboration and multidisciplinary teamwork, which includes regular communication with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide holistic care for clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans based on each client's unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, employing methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records that adhere to legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

• Participate in collaborative case management with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

• Stay current with ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training related to advancements in mental health theories and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Specialization in areas such as trauma recovery, substance abuse treatment, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly regarded. Experience working with a diverse clientele is considered an asset.
