Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations for clients to establish tailored treatment plans that effectively address individual needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing a variety of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage with clients through individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions, adapting approaches as needed to fit the context of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for every client.

• Maintain detailed and current clinical records while upholding ethical standards and compliance with legal regulations in counseling practice.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by remaining informed about advancements in mental health research and attending relevant workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds and present with diverse mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services, ideally in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant software for recordkeeping and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing the practice of counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
