Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and interview techniques.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to foster client engagement and progress.

• Maintain thorough and accurate client records, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and documenting treatment progress and outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including medical doctors and social workers, to coordinate care and optimize client support.

• Stay current with professional development through ongoing education, workshops, and training in best practices within the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, families, and individuals dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
