Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ specific mental health needs and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, utilizing therapeutic methodologies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic techniques, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to address clients’ varied mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and communications in compliance with organizational and industry standards.

You will be working primarily with individuals and families who often face barriers to accessing traditional mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
