Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique situation and therapeutic needs.

• Provide culturally competent therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing various evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to develop integrated care strategies that support whole-person health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
