Key Responsibilities\n

  • Manage a diverse client caseload, establishing trusting relationships that promote client engagement and therapy effectiveness.

  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate progress, discuss future appointments, and facilitate appropriate discharge planning when necessary.

  • Develop and implement customized, person-centered treatment programs in collaboration with clients, adapting them as needed to meet their evolving needs.

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure continuity of care.

  • Perform thorough intake evaluations to assess client needs and determine the best course of action for treatment.

  • Commit to a predetermined number of individual therapy sessions weekly, ensuring consistent support for clients.

  • Engage in regular supervision sessions for professional development and case consultation to enhance therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients seeking mental health support, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Your expertise will help guide clients through various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, ensuring they receive tailored and empathetic treatment catered to their specific circumstances.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

  • Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
  • \n
  • A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.

  • Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.

  • Comfortable and adept at completing comprehensive intake assessments.
