Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for new clients to determine their mental health needs, identifying specific concerns and goals through effective interviewing techniques and standardized assessment tools.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation strategies and developing safety plans as necessary.
