Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an actively maintained caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, address any challenges, and determine when to proceed with discharges, ensuring that clients have a clear path towards recovery or management of their mental health.

• Document and maintain accurate progress notes and treatment records in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, with a structured fee-for-service model that ensures timely payment for your services.
