Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while using EMR software to streamline clinical processes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of client well-being.

• Participate in workshops and professional development activities to stay current with mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LPCs work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Counselors will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, providing support that is both compassionate and empowering.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, ideally within a clinical or community health context.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal frameworks surrounding mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication capabilities to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
