Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Thrive, you will:

• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and establish treatment goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, couples, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Oregon.

• At least two years of professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical practices pertinent to mental health counseling.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
