Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic strategies designed to meet the unique needs of each client through ongoing assessments and evaluations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches, to facilitate client progress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical context, is essential.

• Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and professional standards within the counseling profession.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for the Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, in addition to a performance-based bonus.
