Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions using a diverse array of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Document clinical progress accurately and maintain compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes, ensuring a holistic approach is taken in every case.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and workshops to remain up-to-date with current mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with a diverse range of clients.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related software.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by generous performance bonuses.
