Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the biopsychosocial needs of patients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at symptom resolution and improved patient functioning.

• Provide therapeutic interventions including individual therapy, couple and family counseling, and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches based on the clinical context.

• Collaborate with psychiatry and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and contribute to program planning initiatives.

• Engage in crisis intervention and triage evaluations for both outpatient and inpatient teams.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in line with program and regulatory standards using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, substance misuse, and trauma. This role requires a compassionate approach to support clients from diverse backgrounds and varying levels of care, ensuring that each receives personalized attention tailored to their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a counseling capacity, with a preference for experience in medical or primary care settings.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards related to mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport with diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
