Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' biopsychosocial needs, carefully crafting personalized treatment plans to enhance their functioning and support symptom resolution.

• Deliver individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy tailored to the specific needs of patients, utilizing therapeutic modalities that best suit the unique circumstances of each case.

• Engage effectively in regular program planning sessions with the multidisciplinary team, ensuring that psychiatric and psychotherapeutic strategies align with overarching patient care objectives.

• Record and track pertinent patient information in accordance with regulatory standards, upholding confidentiality and professional integrity throughout the process.

• Coordinate with outpatient and inpatient teams for triage evaluations and crisis interventions, providing immediate support during critical situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required, with a master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related discipline highly preferred.

• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, ideally in clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $70,000 and $105,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses.
