Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough individual assessments, recognizing clients’ unique challenges, and develop bespoke therapy strategies to address their needs.

• Provide therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, tailored to groups, families, couples, and individuals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that records reflect current client progress and treatment plans.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest research and therapeutic techniques in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your approach should be compassionate, client-centered, and culturally competent, allowing you to build rapport and trust with individuals from various backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active, unrestricted LPC license in the state of Oregon is mandatory for this role.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting, is preferred.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in the field of mental health.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to connect with and empower clients.

• Demonstrated teamwork capabilities, working effectively with a healthcare team to achieve client outcomes.
