Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients' emotional, psychological, and behavioral needs.

• Create comprehensive, individualized therapy plans that reflect the unique circumstances and goals of each client.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches to facilitate effective healing.

• Engage collaboratively with a team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors, to formulate cohesive treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with clients presenting a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
