Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to establish clients' mental health status and develop individualized therapeutic strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapies for individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals across disciplines to coordinate care and integrate various therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Monitor clients’ progress and adapt treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or closely related fields.

• Hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, with preference for clinical settings that involve mental health diagnoses.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary in the range of USD $80,000 – $90,000, reflecting experience and qualifications.
