Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify individual client needs and mental health issues and develop tailored treatment plans that promote healing and personal development.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, including treatment progress notes and care plans, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care and recommend additional services or referrals when appropriate.

• Uphold client confidentiality standards at all times, adhering to HIPAA regulations and professional ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a wide range of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal issues, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
